Boizão Steakhouse delivers a prix-fixe service where guests feast upon the salad bar, and each cut of meat, as many times that they wish to indulge.

    The selections of fire-roasted meats are presented on skewers and sliced tableside by our traditional “Gaucho” chefs. To complement the meat service, a variety of Brazilian side dishes, such as warm cheese bread, fried bananas and seasoned mashed potatoes are brought and replenished throughout the meal.

    You can try one – or you can try them all – it’s up to you as you control the service with a two-sided disk. The green side signals our “Gaucho” chefs to present each sizzling meat to be carved tableside. The red side signals that it’s time to take a break. If you are ready for more, turn back to the green side. it’s that simple to start again!

    And don’t forget, try to save room for a fine selection of desserts – if you can!
